Each top up requires a minimum which is the same as the price of the plan. For instance, if you have subscribed to Small plan (60 credits, 1 / 3 / 6 / 12months package) then the minimum top up amount would be 60 credits.
Our system generates accounts automatically, hence the user/pass is randomized. On your request, we can reset passwords from time to time but you can not decide on username and password due to security reasons.
You can create unlimited free trials except for Small Plan which has a limit of 5 trials per day. However, if you become inactive for a long period, the free trial feature will be disabled on your panel.
